Where things stand today
We would rather say that in one sentence than publish a page implying money changes hands when it does not. If you have somehow been charged for AlmightyFormulaSEO, that is a mistake or a fraudulent charge by someone else. Email billing@almightyformulaseo.com straight away and we will investigate and return the money.
The rest of this page sets out the terms that will apply when paid plans launch. It is here so you can see them in advance rather than being handed new terms on the day.
When paid plans launch
We will not move your account onto a paid plan automatically. You will get at least 30 days notice, you will be shown what the plans cost, and you will have to actively choose one. No card gets charged because you forgot to read an email.
The 14 day cooling off period
Every first payment comes with 14 days to change your mind. Ask within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to sit through a retention offer.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have this right by law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Note that where you ask us to start the service immediately, the law lets a provider charge for what you have already used. We will not do that within the first 14 days. You get the whole amount back.
Most of our customers are businesses, and businesses do not get a statutory cooling off period. We are giving you the same 14 days anyway.
After the first 14 days
Monthly plans
Cancel whenever you like, from your account or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not refund part of a month you are still using, and we do not charge you a penny more.
Annual plans
Cancel within the first 60 days and we will refund the unused whole months, pro rata. After 60 days we do not refund the remainder, but your access continues until the year you paid for runs out.
When we will refund regardless
These are not exceptions we make grudgingly. Ask and you get the money back:
- The service was substantially broken or unavailable for a sustained period and you could not use what you paid for.
- You were double charged, or charged after cancelling.
- You were charged for a plan you did not choose.
- A feature you specifically paid for was removed during your paid period. We will refund the remainder pro rata.
What we will not refund
- Time you paid for but did not get round to using. The service was available to you.
- Results. We do not guarantee rankings or traffic, we say so in the Terms of Service, and disappointment with SEO performance is not a refundable fault.
- Charges from other companies, such as your hosting, your CMS, or an API key you bought yourself.
- Accounts closed by us for a serious breach of the terms, such as publishing unlawful content.
How to ask for a refund
Email billing@almightyformulaseo.com from the address on the account. Tell us which charge and roughly why, so we can fix whatever caused it. That is the whole process. There is no form.
We will reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days, though your bank may take a few days more to show it.
If you disagree with a decision, reply and say so and a human will look at it again. Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and freezes the account while it is disputed, and in almost every case we would simply have refunded you.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page removes your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a service performed with reasonable care and skill, and to a repeat performance or a price reduction if it is not. If you are in the EU, your equivalent national rights apply. This policy sits on top of those rights, not instead of them.

THE EMADKO HOUSE is a registered business name rather than a separate legal entity, which means the trader you are contracting with is its proprietor trading as THE EMADKO HOUSE. Their full legal name and postal address are not published here, but we will give them to you on request and will not ask why you want them. Email privacy@almightyformulaseo.com and we will reply with both. We also provide them to any regulator or court that asks.
We do not publish a postal address here, because the address behind the registration is a private one. It is filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission. If you need it, for a formal notice or a regulator's request, email privacy@almightyformulaseo.com and we will provide it.
