Who you are dealing with

AlmightyFormulaSEO is operated by THE EMADKO HOUSE, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria as a business name (BN 9814925). These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of AlmightyFormulaSEO at https://almightyformulaseo.com.

THE EMADKO HOUSE is a registered business name rather than a separate legal entity, which means the trader you are contracting with is its proprietor trading as THE EMADKO HOUSE. Their full legal name and postal address are not published here, but we will give them to you on request and will not ask why you want them. Email privacy@almightyformulaseo.com and we will reply with both. We also provide them to any regulator or court that asks.

THE EMADKO HOUSE has no establishment in the United Kingdom or the European Union. We are not registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office, and we do not claim a registration number we do not hold. Where UK or EU data protection law applies to you because we offer this service to you, we apply the rights set out on this page in full, regardless of where we are established.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What the service does

AlmightyFormulaSEO searches public discussions for topics relevant to your keywords, generates SEO articles about them using an AI model, and publishes those articles to platforms you connect, such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, a webhook of your own, or LinkedIn. You can run those steps by hand or on a schedule.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business or professional purpose. If you are signing up for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• Give us an email address you actually control. Account recovery depends on it.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@almightyformulaseo.com if you think someone else has got in.
• One account per person or business unless we have agreed otherwise.

What it costs today

We will introduce paid plans eventually. When we do, we will not convert your account to a paid plan automatically. You will be told what the plans are, given at least 30 days notice, and asked to actively choose one. If you choose nothing, the worst that happens is that your account moves to whatever free tier exists or is paused, not that you get billed.

Because it is free, usage is subject to fair limits, including monthly caps on scans and on article generation. We may adjust those limits to keep the service running for everyone.

Your content and who owns what

You own what you put in, and you own what comes out. Articles generated for you are yours to publish, edit, sell or delete. We claim no ownership of them.

You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI provider that writes it and to the platforms you have asked us to publish to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

We own AlmightyFormulaSEO itself: the software, the interface, the prompts behind it and the name. Nothing here gives you rights over that beyond using the service.

AI generated content, and what we are not promising

Specifically, we do not promise that generated content is factually accurate, that it is original enough to avoid every possible similarity to text that exists elsewhere, or that it will not require editing. You are responsible for checking claims, for anything regulated in your industry, and for making sure what you publish is lawful.

We do not guarantee any SEO result. Not a ranking, not a traffic number, not an indexing outcome, not a position in an AI generated answer. Search engines change how they work without telling anyone and rankings depend on far more than the content you publish. Anyone in this industry promising you a number is guessing. If you ever see us imply otherwise on a marketing page, that page is wrong and this clause is what stands.

Connected platforms

When you connect WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, LinkedIn or your own webhook, you confirm you are allowed to publish to that destination. You remain bound by those platforms' own terms, and you are responsible for what gets posted there under your account.

Those platforms can change their APIs, revoke tokens or reject content at any time, and some of them do so without warning. We will make reasonable efforts to keep integrations working but we cannot promise any specific platform keeps functioning.

The listening feed uses YouTube API Services. By using AlmightyFormulaSEO you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle what we retrieve from YouTube, including deleting it within 30 days, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

What you may not do with it

Do not use AlmightyFormulaSEO to:

• Publish anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringing on someone else's rights.
• Mass produce low quality pages purely to manipulate search rankings, or run networks of sites for that purpose.
• Impersonate a person or a business, or publish under a name you have no right to use.
• Harass, target, identify or contact individuals found through the listening feed.
• Publish medical, legal, or financial advice generated by the tool without a qualified person checking it.
• Work around usage limits, share one account across multiple businesses, or resell the service as your own.
• Attack, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or attempt to reach data belonging to other accounts.

If you breach this section we may suspend or close your account, and where the breach causes harm we may act on it further.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up but we do not offer an uptime guarantee, particularly while it is free and in early access. We may take it down for maintenance, change or remove features, and depend on third party services which have their own outages. Nothing here is a promise of uninterrupted service.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. Delete your account in the app or email support@almightyformulaseo.com and we will remove it, along with your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your use is damaging the service for others, or if we are legally required to. Except where the breach is serious or the law prevents us, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right and to export your content first.

We may also discontinue AlmightyFormulaSEO entirely. If that happens we will give you at least 30 days notice and time to export your content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data, lost business opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Because the service is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to 100 pounds. If you later pay for the service, that limit becomes the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

The service is provided as it is. We give no warranties beyond those the law implies and does not let us exclude.

Your responsibility for what you publish

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you published through AlmightyFormulaSEO, or because of how you used it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim. This does not apply where the claim is our fault.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. If you do not accept them, close your account before the date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and may bring proceedings there.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
